No Change to Surcharges for 2024

The Missouri Department of Labor announced that administrative taxes and surcharges will remain unchanged in 2024. The administrative tax and administrative surcharge, which fund Division of Workers’ Compensation operations and were both increased to 1.5% last year, will stay at 1.5% in 2024.
