Two employees of an Ohio wire manufacturer suffered partial finger amputations in separate incidents — just months after the electrocution of another worker who touched live wires at a company facility.
ITC Manufacturing on Wednesday was issued citations for 25 serious violations by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The Columbus-based company faces proposed penalties of $131,000.
