Trucking Firm Must Pay $262K Restitution for Firing Drivers

A North Carolina trucking firm will pay $262,500 in back pay and damages for terminating four employees who participated in a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration inspection audit, under a settlement agreement announced by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
