Experts Fear EEOC as Disdainful as OSHA of Work Safety Management Tools

While rules proposed by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration could eliminate post-injury drug testing, the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has taken aim at another tool commonly used by employers: workers' compensation background checks. Both agencies have proposed rules changes as a means of preventing workplace discrimination.
