The Hilb Group Acquires CityInsurance Brokerage

The Hilb Group, a Virginia-based insurance brokerage, has acquired the West Virginia operations of CityInsurance. CityInsurance is the brokerage arm of City National Bank and offers business and property and casualty coverage, including workers' compensation, according to its website. The Hilb Group will continue to use the CityInsurance name and operate out of the bank's offices in Kanawha City, Teays Valley and Beckley, according to a Monday press release.
