Court Revives Dispute Over Carrier's Denial of Coverage for Claim, Bad Faith Action

The Connecticut Appellate Court overturned a grant of summary judgment finding an insurance carrier had not properly terminated coverage for an employer, and the court revived the employer’s bad faith claim against the carrier as well.
