The battle about legal fees between the New Hampshire Local Government Center and its insurance carriers will wait until 2014, the Portsmouth Herald reported last Friday.The newspaper said National Union Fire Insurance Co., Employers' Fire Insurance Co., and LGC have agreed to continue a federal lawsuit pending in the U.S. District Court of New Hampshire until next year.
