LAUSD Worker Drops Psych Claim as Part of Settlement

A Los Angeles Unified School District worker who accused a former superintendent of sexual harassment has agreed to drop a workers’ compensation claim against the district as part of a $93,000 settlement, according to a report by the Los Angeles Times. Scot Graham, 59, has filed four lawsuits against the school district and former superintendent Ramon C. Cortines.
