LAUSD Worker Drops Psych Claim as Part of Settlement

A Los Angeles Unified School District worker who accused a former superintendent of sexual harassment has agreed to drop a workers’ compensation claim against the district as part of a $93,000 settlement, according to a report by the Los Angeles Times. Scot Graham, 59, has filed four lawsuits against the school district and former superintendent Ramon C. Cortines. While courts have never ruled on the merits of his claims, the district spend more than a quarter of a million dollars getting the lawsuits dismissed, the L.A. Times Reports.
