Delaware lawmakers voted to send the governor a bill that would increase payments for evaluation and management services after the state's transition to a Resource-Based Relative Value Scale fee schedule.
Statutes implementing the RBRVS fee schedule also requested a 20% reduction in 2014 aggregate medical expenses by 2015, an additional reduction of 5% in 2016 and a reduction of 8% in 2017.
