State Fund Offers Credit Extension to Policyholders Affected by Wildfires

State Compensation Insurance Fund on Friday announced a 30-day credit extension to policyholders affected by wildfires burning in Northern California. SCIF is offering the credit extension in counties for which Gov. Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency, including Alpine, Butte, El Dorado, Lassen, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Siskiyou, Shasta, Tehama and Trinity.
