High Court to Rule on Calculation of SLU for Worker With Multiple Injuries

The New York Court of Appeal last week announced that it will weigh a dispute over the proper calculation of an injured worker’s schedule loss of use award where he suffered separate injuries that both affected his use of his left arm. The case is Liuni v. Gander Mountain, Motion No: 2020-911.
