Supreme Court Clarifies Commission's Ability to Invoke Continuing Jurisdiction

The Ohio Supreme Court unanimously ruled that the Industrial Commission did not abuse its discretion by invoking its continuing jurisdiction over a claim after the time for filing an appeal had expired.
