The U.S. Attorney’s Office said it wouldn’t object if a judge cancels a scheduled hearing to decide whether Michael R. Drobot should be held in contempt now that he’s paid part of a forfeiture order that was due in March.
But prosecutors said they still want the younger Drobot to identify assets he has transferred to third parties over the last five years in case it runs into difficulties collecting in the future.
