EEOC Sues Rehab Center for Disability Discrimination

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission accused the Fort Worth Center of Rehabilitation of discriminating against a woman because of her disability on Tuesday. The federal agency sued the rehabilitation clinic for allegedly discriminating against Patsy Roberson, a woman whose kidneys were removed after total renal failure. In June 2011, the employer made a conditional job offer to Roberson as a certified nurse assistant.
