VotersInjuredatWork.org, a California advocacy group for injured workers, has launched a free newsletter that is sent via e-mail in pdf format. The first edition features a column by Executive Director Peggy Sugarman, a legal update by applicant attorney William A. Herraras and a health column by Dr. Helena Weil. In addition, Sugarman wrote a column directed at claims adjusters that encourages sympathy for injured workers while offering some empathy for a thankless job.
