A divided West Virginia Supreme Court ruled that a miner was not entitled to benefits for his cubital tunnel syndrome, since he failed to prove the condition was caused by his work. Case: Gentry v. He allegedly developed bilateral cubital tunnel syndrome in the course of and resulting from his employment as a coal miner.
