PPOM Offers ChoiceCare Network for Self-Funded

ChoiceCare Network, the national PPO network of Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM), and PPOM announced yesterday an agreement that adds PPOM's Michigan network of physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals to the ChoiceCare Network of preferred providers. Under the agreement, effective August 1, 2003, members of Humana PPO plans and other health plans supported by the ChoiceCare Network can receive care at in-network benefit levels from hospitals and physicians affiliated with PPOM in the state of Michigan.
