Normandy Promotes Marketing Specialist to Vice President of Sales

Normandy Insurance Co. announced Wednesday the promotion of Laura Lieberman to vice president of sales and marketing, effective immediately.

Lieberman will oversees Normandy’s corporate communications, marketing, sales and business development. Lieberman has been with Normandy, a mono-line workers' compensation carrier based in Deerfield Beach, Florida, for five years.

“Laura’s promotion to the executive team is richly deserved and marks the transition to a new phase of growth for our organization,” Normandy Senior Vice President Jayson Buechler said in a press release. 

Previously, Lieberman was a marketing executive at Normandy, responsible for developing the agency distribution network in South Florida. In her new role, Lieberman will take responsibility for the business development and marketing teams, identifying new strategies and leading Normandy into new markets, the carrier said.

Lieberman earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Mexico.
