U.S. Healthworks Buys 3 Occ-Med Centers in Tuscon

U.S. HealthWorks announced Monday the acquisition of three occupational medical centers in Tucson, expanding the company's presence to six clinics in Arizona and 131 nationwide.U.S. Healthworks, based in Valencia, Calif., purchased the three clinics from Tuscon Occupational Medicine. Dr. Scott Krasner, founder of the Tuscon centers, will remain on as medical director.The medical centers located at 1661 W. Grant Rd., 2945 W. Ina Road and 888 S.
