Offset for Workers Collecting Social Security Applies to Multiple Injuries

The Montana Workers’ Compensation Court ruled that an insurance carrier is entitled to take a statutory offset against a worker’s permanent total disability benefits if the worker is receiving Social Security disability benefits because of one, or more, industrial injury.
