Carriers Argue Federal Law Prevents Them From Reimbursing Workers for Medical Pot

Attorneys for two workers’ compensation carriers told the Minnesota Supreme Court that their clients cannot be forced to reimburse injured workers for medical marijuana because federal law prohibits them from doing so.
