MSF Declares $30 Million Dividend

The Montana State Fund board of directors on Friday declared a $30 million dividend the carrier said will be paid by mid-November. The 2019 dividend represents a return of about 22% of premium paid and follows back-to-back $40 million dividends in 2018 and 2017. Dividends are the result of investment returns and losses that were better than expected, MSF said.
