Firefighter's Hypertension Claim Was Timely

The Connecticut Appellate court ruled that although a firefighter's claim for hypertension was filed more than four years after a doctor told him of his high blood pressure, it was still timely because he had not received a formal diagnosis of hypertension until just a few months before he filed his claim.
