Browns Players Win Late-Filed Comp Claims

Two Cleveland Browns linemen and a former linebacker are due workers' compensation benefits, an appeals court has found. And although they filed their claims unusually late — more than two years after their injuries — a quirk in Ohio law allows them to collect benefits, a panel of the state's 8th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled last week.
