The Utah Court of Appeals published a decision holding that a worker who actually has a job can't collect permanent total disability benefits. While a seemingly obvious principle, the court acknowledged that Utah's statutory scheme contains provisions which contemplate permanent total disability payments ending during the life of the recipient, so "permanent" doesn't always mean forever.
