DIR Proposes Revisions to Self-Insured Subsequent Injury Fund

The Nevada Division of Industrial Relations proposed clarifying revisions to regulations covering the Board for the Administration of the Subsequent Injury Account for Self-Insured Employers. The proposed rules would clarify that the fund has the option of paying benefits through either a lump sum settlement or by purchasing an annuity for an injured worker.
