The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation has adopted changes to forms to be used in interrogatories for hearings, for claimants and for insurance carriers.
The changes include increased time to respond, from five days to 10, and describe the questions that parties may ask during the interrogatories, Deputy DWC Commissioner Kara Mace said in a notice posted Tuesday.
