Paradigm Outcomes to Acquire Surgical Management Company

Paradigm Outcomes, a provider of medical management for catastrophically injured workers, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ForeSight Medical, a surgical device cost-containment company. Paradigm’s core business will remain unchanged. ForeSight Medical will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Paradigm, and the two entities will maintain their separate brands.
