The Kentucky Supreme Court upheld an award of permanent partial disability benefits for an injured electrician and remanded to the Court of Appeals his employer’s constitutional challenge to the assessment of interest. Case: General Motors v. Payne, No. 2024-SC-0039-WC, 02/20/2025, unpublished. Facts: Thomas Payne worked for General Motors as an electrician.
