Truck Driver Receives Community Supervision, Restitution for Fraud

A Barnesville truck driver has been convicted of felony workers' compensation fraud by concealing his employment in order to continue receiving workers’ compensation benefits, and has been sentenced to probation and must pay $30,364.70 to the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, the bureau reported Monday.  Frank Fogle was found guilty in a Franklin County courtroom last week.Under a plea agreement, Fogle was sentenced to 12 months in jail, suspended for five years of community control, and must pay $2,000 in investigative costs, in addition to the restitution.
