A Barnesville truck driver has been convicted of felony workers' compensation fraud by concealing his employment in order to continue receiving workers’ compensation benefits, and has been sentenced to probation and must pay $30,364.70 to the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, the bureau reported Monday.
