A man who filed a workers’ compensation claim for a hand injury allegedly sustained in a barroom brawl was charged with second-degree theft, the Washington state Department of Labor & Industries announced.
Chuck W. Riccio, 38, in October 2018 said he hurt his right hand while disassembling a shower unit shortly after starting a new job at a bathware manufacturer.
