L&I Fines Potato Processor $213,160 for Safety Violations

The Washington Potato Co. faces $213,160 in penalties for eight repeat violations and an additional 15 serious violations following a Department of Labor & Industries investigation. L&I launched an inspection after a worker at the potato company’s Warden plant got his arm caught in an auger.
