Updated Fee Schedule Has New Telemedicine Definition

The Michigan Workers’ Compensation Agency has published its Health Care Services Rules and Fee Schedule, which took effect on Jan. 8. The fee schedule and rules, which were published Friday in the Michigan Register, will replace the 2017 fee schedule. WCA said the rules include updated source document listings and conversion factor. In addition, there is a new definition and rule language regarding telemedicine services.
