Revised Forms Posted to WCC Website, Rise in Max Benefits Announced

The Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission announced an increase in maximum benefits and posted new forms to the commission’s website.  The Joint Election Form along with revised versions of the Sole Proprietor’s Status as a Covered Employee Form and Inclusion Form have been posted on the Insurance, Compliance and Reporting Page. The Joint Election Form is used for an individual employee who otherwise would not be covered when the employer elects to cover the employee.
