Air Ambulance, Opt Out Featured Topics for NAIC Meeting

The National Association of Insurance Commissioners has scheduled its spring meeting for April 8-11 in Denver. The conference will include a meeting of the Workers’ Compensation Task Force, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. on April 10. The task force meeting will feature a report from NAIC staff on opt-out legislation proposed in various states, as well as a report on air ambulance use and the financial impact on workers’ compensation.
