Framing Contractor Facing More than $290,000 in Fines

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has proposed $290,700 in fines against a Massachusetts construction contractor for willful, repeat and serious safety violations at a worksite in Durham, Mass.OSHA said in a news release that Twin Pines Construction, of Everett, Mass., exposed workers to falls of up to 30 feet and misused ladders and fall-arrest systems.
