Democrats Vow 'War' Against Formulary Bill

A Republican-backed Senate formulary bill that cleared its first House hurdle Tuesday still faces potential opposition from a Democratic governor and a lack of votes to override his veto in either chamber. Senate Bill 936 passed the House Labor and Industry Committee by a 15-11 vote, with all Republican aye votes and 11 Democratic nays.
