House Concurs in Senate Amendments to Income Reporting Bill

The Oklahoma House of Representatives concurred in Senate amendments to a bill that would declare it a felony for an injured worker receiving temporary disability benefits to fail to report income changes. The House on Monday voted 79-14 to sign off on amendments to HB 2236. When the House on March 9 voted 68-26 to pass the bill by Rep. Stan May, R-Broken Arrow, it would have made it a felony if a worker receiving TD failed to report “a material change in income” to an employer, carrier or third-party administrator.
