Michael Harden has been named chief executive officer of Willis Re Bermuda, effective Jan. 1.Harden is currently chairman of Willis Re Australia. He has extensive experience in property and casualty reinsurance, as well as specialty accounts.In 1976, Harden began his career at Willis Re in London, where he worked through the ranks to become a senior marine excess of loss broker.
