Commission Orders Compensation to Be Paid by Check or Electronically

The Workers’ Compensation Commission has issued an administrative order that requires employer representatives to pay compensation by check or, by agreement, an electronic funds transfer, including debit card and direct deposit. The order followed the May 11 enrollment of HB 3441, or Act No. 24.
