By Greg Jones, reporterThe Wisconsin Senate passed a tort reform bill Tuesday that will make it harder for injured workers to file civil suits against their employers and will cap punitive damages in negligence cases at $200,000.Existing law allows lawsuits by employers only if the employer acted maliciously or in reckless disregard for a workers' rights.
