1st DCA Publishes Decision Allowing Employee-Owner to Sue SCIF

The 1st District Court of Appeal decided to publish a March 25 decision allowing an employer to sue State Compensation Insurance Fund for a bad faith denial of benefits.The appellate court granted a request to publish its March 25 decision in Edward Carey Construction Co. v.
