ACS Buying CompIQ Corp. for $22 Million

Affiliated Computer Services on Monday announced it has reached an agreement to acquire CompIQ Corp. for $22 million, plus contingent payments based on future financial performance.The transaction will be funded with a combination of cash on hand and borrowings under ACS' existing credit facility, the Dallas-based computer company said.
