Oklahoma's nearly bankrupt second injury fund was dealt a blow Tuesday when the state's high court ordered it to pay permanent disability benefits to Jolid Mackey a second time.
But the Multiple Injury Trust Fund was spared a second blow when the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled against Maggie Wiggins on the same day. Wiggins, the court decided, did not qualify as a "physically impaired person."
