Opinions Mixed on Rules to Fast-Track MTUS Updates

The Division of Workers’ Compensation on Friday closed an informal comment period on proposed rules that would allow it to expedite evidence updates to the state’s treatment guidelines. While most people understand the need for the rule changes, not everyone is thrilled.
