The Michigan Self-Insurers' Association announced that Dawn Drobnich will be the association's new executive secretary. The association's board of managers elected Drobnich to be the group's new executive secretary during its July 12 meeting. Her term as executive secretary will begin on Jan. 1, 2014, when she will replace Jerry Marcinowski, who recently announced that he will be stepping down after a 12-year tenure.
