A disciplinary panel has suspended the license of former Illinois Workers' Compensation arbitrator Jennifer Carril from the practice of law for two years, the Belleville News-Democrat reported late Monday.Carril, formerly Jennifer Teague, was at the center of a controversy that prompted the state Legislature to include language in a 2011 reform measure that required all of the commission's arbitrators to reapply for their jobs.
