OSHA Fines Paper Mill $77K after Forklift-Related Death

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited Cheney Pulp and Paper Co. for two safety violations and $77,000 after a worker died while working at one of the employer's paper mills.The federal agency cited Cheney Pulp and Paper Co. after a worker was fatally injured on July 23 at a Cheney mill in Franklin, Ohio. The worker was driving a forklift without rollover protection underneath another machine, when the machine struck his upper body.
