WCA Releases New Comp Poster

The New Mexico Workers' Compensation Administration released an updated workplace poster that all employers are required to display by the end of the year. Employers are required to conspicuously display the poster, which provides contact information for a work comp claims representative, a notice that accidents generally must be reported within 15 days, and a brief explanation of rights to medical treatment and indemnity benefits.
