The Florida Office of Judges of Compensation Claims (OJCC) last week announced the death of Orlando JCC Joseph Farrell.Farrell, 59, was named to the workers' compensation bench by Gov. Charlie Crist in 2008. His term was set to expire in 2012. OJCC Chief Deputy Judge David Langham said Friday Farrell died of cancer on July 7.In a memo to the state's JCCs and court staffers, Langham said Farrell was a West Point graduate who shunned dress codes.
